We combine the sweetly spiced Café de Olla with an even ratio of steamed leche de la casa (our house milk). Café con Leche is typically enjoyed in lieu of breakfast in Mexican Culture, as it perfectly balances the boldness of coffee with the comfort of specialty milk.

This beverage is created using pure cocoa, sugar cane, vanilla, almond, and cinnamon. We also add notes of several spices, including chili peppers (optional), which distinguish the taste from standard hot chocolate. Our flavor is rich and aromatic, with a well-balanced sweetness.

This pairing of Mexican hot chocolate with espresso creates a warm boost to compliment the encompassing sweetness. Our cocoa is sourced from Mexico, and its use in coffee is ingrained in the culture. The dash of espresso lifts the flavor to a more robust taste, familiar to coffee drinkers.
